Some climbers spend weeks acclimatising before an 8000 meter peak. Nikol did it in five days, without supplemental oxygen, and still reached the summit.

On July 21, 2026, Nikol successfully summited Gasherbrum II in Pakistan, completing the entire expedition in a single push just five days after arriving at Base Camp. There was no prior acclimatisation to fall back on. There were even logistical setbacks along the way, including delays getting her duffel bags to Base Camp. None of it stopped her.
This wasn't a one off. Just two months earlier, Nikol summited Everest without supplemental oxygen. Last year, she did the same on Manaslu. Now Gasherbrum II joins that list, another 8000 meter giant climbed the hard way, on her own lungs alone.
Behind the climb is a much longer story. This marks Nikol's 26th expedition with Elite Exped, a partnership that has spanned some of the biggest achievements in modern mountaineering: the completion of the 14 Peaks, the Seven Summits, and even a South Pole expedition.
That kind of record is not built in a single season. It is built expedition after expedition, mountain after mountain, through the trust and dedication of a climber who keeps pushing further, and a team that has been there for every step of it.
Congratulations, Nikol, on yet another extraordinary achievement. From Everest to Manaslu to Gasherbrum II, your resilience and passion continue to raise the bar for climbers everywhere.
ЁЯПФ️ No oxygen. Five days. One incredible summit. Drop a ЁЯЩМ for Nikol's latest achievement.

What is YARSAGUMBA ? Full details about Yarsagumba #yarsagumba #youtube

arsagumba, also known as "Caterpillar Fungus" or "Himalayan Viagra," is a unique natural product that consists of a combination of a fungus (Cordyceps sinensis) and the mummified larvae of ghost moths (Hepialus spp.). It is primarily found in the Himalayan region, including Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, and parts of India and China.

Yarsagumba is formed through a fascinating natural process. The spores of the Cordyceps sinensis fungus infect the larvae of ghost moths living in the soil. The fungus then grows inside the caterpillar, consuming its tissues and eventually replacing the entire body. The caterpillar's exoskeleton remains intact, but the internal tissues are transformed into a fungal structure.

After the fungus has fully developed, it emerges from the caterpillar's head, forming a slender stalk-like structure. This composite of the fungus and the caterpillar is what is known as Yarsagumba. The name "Caterpillar Fungus" stems from its origin as a fungus growing within the caterpillar's body.

Yarsagumba has a long history of use in traditional Asian medicine, particularly in Tibetan and Chinese herbal practices. It is highly valued for its perceived medicinal properties, which include boosting energy and stamina, enhancing libido, strengthening the immune system, and treating various health conditions such as respiratory and kidney disorders.

The demand for Yarsagumba has risen significantly in recent years, leading to concerns about overharvesting and its impact on the environment. Sustainable harvesting practices and regulations have been put in place to protect Yarsagumba populations and ensure its long-term availability.

It's important to note that while Yarsagumba has been used in traditional medicine for centuries, scientific research on its medicinal properties and effectiveness is limited. As always, it is advisable to consult with healthcare professionals and rely on verified sources for accurate information regarding medicinal substances.

Saytyanarayan Puja Nepali | рд╕рдд्рдпрдиाрд░ाрдпрдг рдкूрдЬा рдиेрдкाрд▓ी | | Satyanarayan Puj...

Satya Narayan Puja, also known as Satyanarayana Vratam, is a Hindu religious ritual dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the preserver and sustainer of the universe. It is a popular form of worship observed by devotees to seek the blessings of Lord Vishnu and express gratitude for his grace and protection.

The Satya Narayan Puja is usually performed on auspicious occasions such as birthdays, weddings, housewarming ceremonies, or any significant milestones in life. The puja is believed to bring prosperity, peace, and success to the participants. It can be performed either at home or in a temple, usually conducted by a priest or by the devotees themselves.

Here is a general overview of the Satya Narayan Puja:

Preparation: Clean the puja area and decorate it with flowers and traditional items. Place a picture or idol of Lord Vishnu, along with other necessary puja items such as a kalash (a pot filled with water), betel leaves, betel nuts, incense sticks, camphor, fruits, sweets, and prasadam (offering).

Sankalp: Begin the puja by taking a sankalp, which is a solemn vow or resolution. It involves stating the purpose of the puja, the devotee's name, and the desire for blessings from Lord Vishnu.

Invocation: Invoke Lord Vishnu's presence by chanting his mantras, such as the Vishnu Sahasranama (thousand names of Lord Vishnu), or the Om Namo Narayana mantra.

Offering: Offer flowers, fruits, and other items to Lord Vishnu, while reciting prayers and hymns dedicated to him. Light incense sticks and camphor, creating a fragrant and peaceful atmosphere.

Katha (Story): Narrate the story of Lord Satyanarayan. This story typically tells of a humble devotee who encounters various trials and tribulations but is ultimately blessed by Lord Vishnu's grace.

Aarti: Perform aarti (ceremonial waving of light) with a lamp or camphor, accompanied by devotional songs and chants praising Lord Vishnu.

Prasad: Conclude the puja by distributing prasadam (blessed food) to all the participants. The prasad is considered sacred and is consumed as a blessing from the deity.

It is important to note that the exact rituals and procedures may vary based on regional customs and personal preferences. If you are planning to perform the Satya Narayan Puja, it is advisable to consult a priest or someone experienced in conducting the puja to ensure the correct sequence and rituals are followed.
